My clients anticipate the skills required to manage complexity and prioritize relationships. I’m a facilitator, leadership designer and executive coach who is passionate about what I do and works with people who feel the same.

I create leadership products that help strengthen relationships and connect teams. WHAT I VALUE

Their trust and evolving leadership needs require me to be a constant learner in new research and content design.
Learning needs to be fun, have a purpose, and create the desired impact. I bring a skilled combination of levity and expertise that helps leaders open up to new learning and behaviour change. You’ll be on your feet, examining challenges with humour and uncovering new ways to bring your strengths forward.

WHAT I BRING

Unlike many consultants, I’ve worked in organizations for the better part of my career, leading teams, navigating politics and getting the work done. I spent 11 years of my career at the Banff Centre, eventually leading program design in the leadership development division. At lululemon athletica, I led the global design of their retail training program with a dynamic team of people.

I have a Master’s degree in Leadership with a focus on inspiring creativity and innovation through organizational culture and behavioural change. I’m a certified PCC level Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I hold certifications in multiple behavioral assessments (e.g., MBTI, SDI, EQi 2.0, DiSC, Enneagram) and the Immunity to Change model. I’m trained in Internal Family Systems - IFS therapy and certified in negotiation and mediation training. As a member of the Applied Improv Network and the Association of Managers of Innovation, I love finding new solutions to wicked problems.

I live in the Canadian Rocky Mountains in Canmore, Alberta although I travel often and work globally with clients. As a first generation Irish immigrant I hold a European passport and I have a visa to work with clients in the United States.
